Jessica’s Weekly Update
It’s me again, Jessica. Time for my weekly check in!
This week I managed 2 x 45 minute Hypoxi sessions. Two 45 minute sessions is the same as three 30 minute sessions, but doing two sessions works better for my busy schedule (full time job and a full time student!).
My first session was in the S120 – 45 minutes of hard pedalling. My second session was in the L250, and then I had 30 minutes in The Suit. Honestly, I did fall asleep while in The Suit – so relaxing!
I haven’t had my second lot of measurements taken, but this should be done at the end of this week. Can’t wait to see some progress. My diet has also changed – I’m eating healthy soups for lunch, and low or no carbs with dinner. I always make sure to have something substantial for breakfast though – usually porridge and Greek yogurt (but not together!). This is recommended for me by my doctor as I suffer from a condition that makes me tired and lethargic, so a hearty breakfast gets me through the busy workday!
Another update will be coming early next week, so I will keep you posted. In the meantime, keep training and working hard everyone!
