Jessica’s Weekly Update
This entry is a little late – I head away on a much needed holiday next week, so I have been busy getting in my Hypoxi sessions as well as some last minute holiday planning and prepping.
This past week consisted of 2 x 45 minute Hypoxi sessions – the first session was 45 minutes on the L250. It was a tough session – I had an early start at work and came to Hypoxi at 7pm! But I worked through it and felt all the better for having pushed myself through the session. Went home a yummy dinner of steak and steamed veggies (including cauliflower, my favourite!)
Then I had 30 minutes on the L250 and 20 minutes in “The Suit” as my second session. Again, I dozed off a little in the suit – its just a super nice massage!
My diet has improved a lot – I am more aware of what I eat and I make sure to have none (or a limited amount) of carbs on Hypoxi days. I still have my porridge and yogurt for breakfast which fuels my busy days at work.
Once I return from my holiday I may be due for a measure up and weigh in – I am excited to see what the results will be!
